Project Overview
Territory Surveys carried out detailed survey investigations across 28 housing lots in Maningrida and Gunbalanya, including 11 lots in Gunbalanya and 17 in Maningrida, together with adjacent road reserves and service connections, to support site servicing and civil layout design across both communities.
he work combined detailed feature and level surveys with the establishment of survey control and underground service investigation using GPR. Site inspections were also recorded through Survey123, providing a structured record of existing site conditions across both communities.
The survey information was prepared for design use, including DWG files with 3D terrain surfaces, PDF plans and survey reports, together with indexed photographs documenting the sites and existing conditions. These deliverables provided the design team with a detailed record of existing site conditions to support the planning and design of site servicing and civil works.
