Project Overview
Territory Surveys undertook a detailed survey of the Smith Street road corridor between Lambell Terrace and Packard Street to provide the design team with an accurate record of existing road and infrastructure conditions.
The survey included the establishment of permanent survey control and the capture of natural and built features across the corridor, including road markings, fences, drainage and overhead services. Underground services were also investigated using GPR.
Drainage infrastructure was recorded in detail, including pipe sizes and invert levels, providing the design team with information on the existing network and site conditions.
The survey was delivered as a 3D AutoCAD model, together with a survey report signed by the responsible surveyor. Traffic management was also c incorporated into the scope of works.
